This role is for an experienced Associate Director - SAP FICO, with a strong focus on the Retail industry.

As an Associate Director, you will spearhead large-scale SAP transformation programs, guiding solution design, client engagement, and delivery excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in complex SAP S/4HANA implementations and Finance transformation initiatives, making a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

Lead comprehensive SAP FICO engagements for retail clients, encompassing solution design, implementation, and ongoing support. Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance executives, driving business development and ensuring high-quality delivery. Manage end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Treasury, CCA, and COPA configurations, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and retail-specific processes.

You will also apply deep retail industry knowledge, understanding O2C, P2P, inventory valuation, and omnichannel operations. Lead and mentor consulting teams, manage large programs with rigorous planning and governance, and ensure adherence to quality standards and methodologies. Contribute to practice growth through innovation and thought leadership in Finance transformation.

We are looking for an Associate Director with 11-14 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 5 years in leadership capacities. Proven success in leading SAP implementations within the Retail sector is essential, along with a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

Demonstrate deep functional expertise in FICO and robust integration knowledge. Experience managing large, global teams and complex programs is a prerequisite. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA, CA, or CPA being preferred qualifications. Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and team development skills are key competencies for this role.
