Lead 3-4 projects as a Project Manager, overseeing teams of 10-15 consultants. Manage end-to-end SAP FICO project implementations, with a focus on core modules and integration. Develop and present solutions, acting as a Solution Architect. Engage in pre-sales activities and positively influence clients and teams. Foster collaboration, drive exceptional client service, and align team efforts with strategic objectives. Mentor and develop high-performing individuals and teams.

A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO within a management or consulting environment is required. Proven expertise in Financial Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Asset Accounting) and Controlling (Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) is essential. Significant experience with Country India Version (CIN) and working with Indian clients is necessary. Experience in integrating FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS) is also key. A strong understanding of solution architecture and designing capabilities is expected. The ability to positively influence stakeholders and build confident relationships is crucial.
