Spearhead comprehensive data management initiatives, encompassing data governance, quality assurance, migration, and master data management. Develop and implement robust data management strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance. Oversee all aspects of data migration, including profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional experts, and technical teams to capture data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions. Lead project teams effectively, manage project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within stipulated timelines.

A minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in SAP and Data Migration projects is essential. You should have participated in at least 5 full-cycle migration projects and led 2-3 migration initiatives as a Migration Lead or Project Lead. Proven expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes is required. Strong capabilities in migration strategy, data cleansing, data mapping, data validation, and cutover activities are crucial. The ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and independently drive migration projects is a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is necessary.
