Join our Enterprise Technology and Performance team as an Associate Director, spearheading strategic integration initiatives. Define and implement the long-term enterprise integration strategy using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh). Establish and enforce integration governance, standards, and security policies. Oversee the migration of legacy middleware (SAP PI/PO) to cloud-native architectures. Architect and deliver complex B2B, A2A, and B2G integration scenarios. Manage project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for critical architectural challenges. Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of integration professionals. Foster a culture of learning, keeping the team abreast of emerging SAP technologies and DevOps practices.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT enterprise integration is required, with at least 6 years focused on SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite. Demonstrate 3-5 years of formal leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams. Possess deep expertise in core SAP platforms like SAP CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, and BTP. Proficiency in integration protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, OData, EDI) and data formats (XML, JSON). Strong development skills in Groovy Scripts, JavaScript, and XSLT mapping within CPI are essential. Proven experience in leading SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration strategies is crucial. Solid understanding of enterprise security models and CI/CD pipelines for integration. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are expected. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) is required. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary.
