We seek a Manager specializing in SAP Security and GRC Access Control to contribute to our Pan-India operations. This position is based in Delhi and is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

Lead comprehensive functional discovery sessions and workshops to meticulously define order management processes, associated rules, and integration points.

Translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and clear acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization within the future Order Management System (OMS) framework.

Collaborate closely with architects and integration specialists to elucidate design implications and intricate dependencies, ensuring seamless execution.

Provide robust support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the refinement of test scenarios, definition of expected results, and establishment of sign-off benchmarks.

Champion end-to-end requirement traceability throughout the entire project delivery lifecycle, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.

Mentor junior Business Analysts, fostering their development and ensuring the readiness of business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Demonstrated experience in full-cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, encompassing design and implementation, complemented by a strong understanding of leading practices for S/4, Fiori, and GRC security.

Possess hands-on security experience with SAP Fiori, GRC Access Control (AC), and Process Control (PC).

Proven ability to design, implement, and rigorously test SAP automated processes, manual controls, security measures, and segregation of duties.

Exhibit a deep and practical understanding of the GRC rule book and its application.

Proficiency in creating and modifying Firefighter Owners and Controllers for Firefighter IDs.

Extensive experience in Business Role Management activities, including business role setup and role ownership changes.

Capability to assist effectively in SAP user provisioning, ensuring the assignment of correct roles and authorizations.

Collaborate proactively with Business Process Owners for role creation, modifications, and user administration tasks.

Familiarity with SF integration and IAG hybrid setup scenarios.

Proven leadership skills in managing teams and overseeing project financials effectively.

Aptitude for troubleshooting access and authority-related issues pertaining to user roles.

Excellent command of clear, effective, and timely communication.
