Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Manager specializing in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. This role is crucial for driving innovation and long-term growth within our enterprise technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead critical functions related to SAP security and governance, risk, and compliance.

Lead functional discovery sessions and workshops, translating complex business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Analyze current state processes to identify enhancement opportunities for our future Order Management System (OMS) model. Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define design impacts and dependencies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring clear test scenarios and expected outcomes. Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and mentor junior Business Analysts.

A strong background in full-cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementation is essential. Deep understanding of leading practices for S/4, Fiori, and GRC security, including SAP Fiori, GRC AC, and PC. Proven experience with SAP GRC 12.0 configuration, support, and administration is required. Ability to design, implement, and test SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty solutions, with a thorough grasp of the GRC rule book. Experience creating/modifying Firefighter configurations and managing business role activities is necessary. Proficiency in leading teams and managing project financials, alongside strong troubleshooting skills for access and authority issues, is expected. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for success in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is desired.
