Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an experienced SAP MDM (Master Data Management) and Informatica PowerCenter ETL Consultant. You will play a vital role in enhancing enterprise data management, facilitating data migration, strengthening data governance, and driving integration initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Master Data processes and proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter ETL development, ensuring high standards for data quality and seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP environments.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Master Data Management solutions for Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Business Partner, Cost Center, and Profit Center data. You will also be responsible for managing and governing these datasets, supporting harmonization, cleansing, and enrichment efforts. This includes defining and implementing robust data governance policies, standards, and controls, while working closely with business users to ensure consistent master data quality. Additionally, you will design, develop, test, and support complex ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, build reusable components, and optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability. You will also lead SAP and non-SAP data migration activities, develop critical interfaces between various systems, and implement data quality controls, including duplicate checks and data profiling.

We are looking for a professional with a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering. Demonstrated expertise in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is essential. Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter ETL development, including building source-to-target mappings, workflows, sessions, and transformations, is required. Experience with data migration, data warehousing, and data integration projects is also crucial. The role involves gathering business requirements, conducting data assessments, preparing functional and technical specifications, and supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and performing data audits and reconciliation are necessary. Experience developing interfaces between SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Data Warehouses, and other legacy or third-party applications is highly valued.
