We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead and support our SAP Finance and Controlling functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP FICO modules and finance transformation initiatives.

The primary focus is managing SAP FICO solutions, optimizing processes, and supporting business stakeholders. This includes leading project implementations and ensuring seamless integration between financial operations and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities involve driving process optimization, supporting business stakeholders, and leading project implementations to align financial operations with ERP systems.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of specific experience and expertise in SAP ECC FI/CO and S/4Hana Finance, along with associated business processes. Deep knowledge in Product Costing, including Material Ledger and Cost Centre accounting, is essential.

Specific expertise is needed in areas such as overhead costing, plan/budget control, product costing under various scenarios (MTS/MTO/CTO/ETO), price and currency deviations, actual cost component split, value chain structuring, costing runs, special account determination in Material Ledger, integration of actual costing and profitability analysis, alternative valuation runs, distribution of usage variances, material valuation, and COPA (both cost and account-based).

Experience within the Metals, Mining, Smelting, or Natural Resources sector is highly desirable. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required.
