Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology team and drive innovation and growth. This role is crucial for enhancing functional excellence and supporting long-term business objectives. We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM professional to lead our initiatives across India.

Spearhead SAP EWM implementations and support projects, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA modules. Oversee inbound, outbound, warehouse processes, and inventory management. Manage key EWM functionalities including Production Integration, QM, TM, Wave Management, POSC, LOSC, HU, PSHU, and TU management. Utilize expertise in RF Framework, Warehouse Monitor, and PPF. Ensure efficient Physical Inventory and Replenishment processes, while also driving integration with MM, SD, PP, and QM.

Analyze complex business requirements to design robust solutions. Configure systems, conduct thorough testing, and provide essential support to business users. Leverage strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure project success and alignment.

A minimum of 9 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years specifically in SAP EWM, is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is essential. Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is highly preferred. Proficiency in inbound, outbound, warehouse processes, and inventory management is necessary. Hands-on experience with Production Integration, QM, TM integration, Wave Management, POSC, LOSC, HU, PSHU, TU management, RF Framework, Warehouse Monitor, Queue Management, PPF, Physical Inventory, and Replenishment is crucial. Strong integration knowledge with SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, QM) is mandatory.

Experience with warehouse automation, MFS, or conveyor integration is a valuable asset. The ability to analyze business needs, design solutions, configure, test, and support users is key. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for this role. While not mandatory, an SAP EWM certification, experience in global rollouts, or large-scale beverage manufacturing projects would be advantageous. This role involves frequent travel to client locations.
