We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant with a strong background in SAP Build Process Automation (BPA). Your expertise will be vital in areas such as workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), process visibility, and low-code/no-code application development on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Design and implement comprehensive business process automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation. Develop and manage key components including approval workflows, business rules, process forms, workflow automations, process visibility dashboards, and task management solutions.

Automate diverse business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, and Shared Services. Configure workflow triggers, notifications, escalations, and robust exception handling mechanisms.

Design, develop, and deploy both attended and unattended bots to automate repetitive activities such as invoice processing, vendor onboarding, employee lifecycle management, master data maintenance, financial close activities, and purchase requisition workflows. Build reusable automation components and libraries, and optimize existing workflows for enhanced performance and scalability.

Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities. Conduct process assessments, mapping, automation feasibility studies, and ROI evaluations. Recommend improvements and develop automation roadmaps to drive continuous innovation.

Integrate SAP BPA solutions with various SAP modules like S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, IBP, and SAC, as well as third-party applications. Utilize SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, REST/SOAP services, and SAP Event Mesh to enable end-to-end cross-functional process automation.

Develop extensions using SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Work Zone, and other SAP BTP services, supporting both low-code/no-code and pro-code initiatives. Create business applications that integrate seamlessly with automated workflows.

Implement secure and compliant automation solutions by configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Authentication Services (IAS), Identity Provisioning Services (IPS), and Authorization Management. Ensure adherence to organizational governance and audit requirements, maintaining automation standards and documentation.

Engage with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand automation requirements. Lead workshops and process design sessions to define optimal solutions.

Prepare detailed functional specifications, technical design documents, solution architecture documents, and comprehensive test scripts. Provide critical support for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

Offer production support, including prompt incident resolution. Deliver effective end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful adoption and utilization of automation solutions.

Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation, including Workflow Management, Business Rules, Forms Development, Task Automation, Process Visibility, Approval Workflows, and Process Orchestration.

Solid understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including SAP Build Suite, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP HANA Cloud, Destination Service, and Connectivity Service.

Expertise in RPA & Intelligent Automation, covering Bot Development, Automation Monitoring, Exception Handling, Intelligent Workflow Management, and Process Optimization.

Strong business process knowledge in areas such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Financial Close Processes.

Preferred skills include SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Process Mining, SAP Work Zone, CAPM Development, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP AI Core & AI Launchpad, Generative AI Integration, Low-Code/No-Code Platforms, and BPMN Process Design.

Possess a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering. This position is based in Bengaluru, India.
