Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an SAP Project Manager in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for driving SAP Implementation and Transformation projects, aligning with customer project/product organizations and IT/Business functions. You will be instrumental in managing project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery of new product initiatives and optimizing project outcomes.

Lead SAP Implementation & Transformation projects, managing all aspects of project execution including scope, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, resource, and session management.

Develop detailed project plans, create project reports, and escalate issues to management. Coordinate and lead SAP consultants and support resources, ensuring project team members meet deadlines and adhere to guidelines.

Apply strong critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems, facilitate decisions, and motivate project teams in a multi-vendor, multi-country setting. Manage escalations and conflicts within the project team effectively.

Utilize expertise in stakeholder management, change management, risk mitigation, and cutover planning. Prepare project status updates, manage steering meetings, phase exits, and project meetings.

A minimum of 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in project management is required. Proven experience in leading SAP Implementation projects, having managed at least two end-to-end implementations, is essential.

Strong functional knowledge in SAP Modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM) is a must. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is mandatory. Previous work with MNCs/International clients and experience in Project Management Tools are expected.

Possess excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Cloud Solutions and Activate Methodology is beneficial. A Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent is required.

Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement is highly valued. Experience with agile, lean, and DevOps approaches is advantageous. Flexibility for travel is necessary.
