Lead a team of Business Analysts in evaluating business problems and developing solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements and manage the product backlog.

Ensure clear communication of change impacts to the team and downstream stakeholders.

Oversee the creation of data dictionaries and documentation of business processes.

Address and support UK and European business projects for new and existing products.

Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to maintain high service levels.

Drive solution discussions and produce solution design documents.

Define the scope, approach, and specifications for business requirements.

Assess and ensure the fitness-for-purpose of delivered solutions.

Coordinate functionality across multiple system projects and act as a proxy customer for development teams.

Drive user acceptance criteria with customers and facilitate communication between customers and development teams.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the BA forum.

Possess 8-12 years of Business Analysis experience, with substantial senior/leadership level experience.

Demonstrate proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex transformation programs.

Exhibit a strong strategic mindset, capable of operating at both enterprise and delivery levels.

Display deep expertise in business architecture, capability modelling, and process transformation.

Showcase exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior executives.

Utilize advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach.

Maintain a strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery models.

Possess sound knowledge of Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Investment Management domains.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in SQL query writing and writing API contracts in Swagger.

Experience in business process re-engineering, gap analysis, and producing functional specifications documents (FSDs).

Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable tasks for technical resources.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
