Oversee end-to-end project management and operations, ensuring adherence to Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and tracking costs against actuals to build landing estimates. Understand vendor cost elements (CAPEX/OPEX).

Prepare essential project management deliverables such as Project Charters, Plans, Risk & Issue Trackers, Communication Plans, and Stakeholder Maps. Ensure overall project governance and process standardization.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards that are accurate, timely, and effectively communicated. Optimize resource utilization and manage knowledge management, including organizing trainings.

Maintain document management, data quality, and change logs. Drive contingency management, control project costs and schedules, and monitor project risks, resources, and scope.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management is required.

Candidates should hold a B.E., B.Tech, or BBA degree. Essential experience includes Project Finance Management, Project Governance, Quality Management, Reporting and Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.

Demonstrated understanding of SDLC phases and deliverables is crucial. Prior hands-on experience with Project Financials, encompassing Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management, Accruals, and Variance Analysis, is mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience should not be limited to administrative PMO functions like resource or account management.

While not mandatory, a Project Management certification is preferred. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ADO, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or Clarity is advantageous. Experience with Power BI reporting, ServiceNow ITBM, Vendor Management, and SharePoint is also preferred, as is experience within the Energy sector.
