Join a dynamic team as an SAP Project Manager, driving critical SAP Implementation and Transformation initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.

Lead SAP Implementation & Transformation projects, managing issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, resource, and session management. Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration for new product development and launches. Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost-benefit analysis, budget estimation, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress against defined goals and outcomes. Understand and integrate customer requirements and business processes into SAP solutions. Drive adoption of SAP project methodologies and premium engagement services. Prepare accurate reports and escalate issues to management as needed. Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure deadlines are met and guidelines are followed. Utilize strong critical-thinking skills for problem-solving and decision facilitation. Direct, manage, and motivate project teams in multi-vendor and multi-country settings. Handle escalations and resolve conflicts within project teams. Effectively manage stakeholders, implement change management strategies, and develop communication and risk mitigation plans. Prepare project status updates, lead steering meetings, phase exits, and project reviews.

Minimum 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in project management. Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP Implementation projects (minimum 2 implementations). Strong functional knowledge in SAP Modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM is mandatory (excluding ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, HCM). Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is essential. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience working with multinational corporations and international clients. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master are preferred. Experience with Cloud Solutions, Activate Methodology, and working in MNCs with multi-geographic operations. Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent education. Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency is beneficial. Familiarity with agile, lean, and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, automation). Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with all organizational levels. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Flexibility for travel is required.
