Analyze intricate business requirements and craft robust Workday Finance solutions. Configure and provide ongoing support for core Finance modules. Lead crucial business process workshops, meticulously gather requirements, and conduct thorough fit-gap analyses.

Develop comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), along with clear process flow diagrams. Collaborate closely with technical consultants to realize and validate customizations, integrations, and reports. Execute system testing, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support seamless deployment activities.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance implementations. You should possess strong functional expertise in key modules such as Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Budgets, Procurement, and Expenses.

A good understanding of overarching business processes and industry best practices is essential. Your experience should include requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively interact with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience with integrations and Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
