Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Finance. You will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Finance solutions, translating complex business needs into effective system designs.

Design and implement Workday Finance solutions based on business requirements. Configure and maintain Finance modules, ensuring seamless operation. Lead workshops, conduct requirement gathering, and perform fit-gap analyses.

Develop comprehensive functional and business requirement documents. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations. Execute system testing, UAT, and support deployment activities. Provide end-user training and create essential documentation.

Assist with data migration, validation, and cutover processes. Troubleshoot functional issues and offer post-go-live support. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical departments.

A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance implementations is essential. Deep functional expertise in modules such as Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects/PSA, and Reporting is required.

Demonstrated ability in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation is crucial. Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and a solid understanding of third-party application integrations are expected. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success.

Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and Workday certifications are considered a significant advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or an MBA in Finance, is a prerequisite for this role.
