You will be instrumental in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Workday Finance modules to meet client objectives.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements and designing robust Workday Finance solutions. You will configure and support various finance modules, conduct detailed business process workshops, and perform fit-gap analysis.

Key duties involve preparing essential documentation like FDDs and BRDs, and collaborating with technical teams for customizations and integrations. You will also lead system testing, UAT, and deployment activities, alongside providing comprehensive end-user training and support. Troubleshooting functional issues and ensuring smooth post-go-live operations are also core aspects of this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical departments, is crucial for success.

To excel in this role, you should have 3-10 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance, covering the full implementation lifecycle from design to post-go-live support. Strong functional expertise in modules such as Financial Data Model, Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Procurement, and Expenses is essential.

A solid understanding of business processes and industry best practices is required, along with proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation. The ability to conduct workshops and effectively engage with business stakeholders is key. Familiarity with third-party integrations and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also important.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are paramount. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an MBA in Finance is required. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and Workday certifications are considered advantageous.
