Lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB. Leverage your expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to build efficient solutions. Monitor and resolve integration and interface failures, while supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues. Collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.

Contribute to technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design. Ensure strong client-facing interactions and a clear understanding of Workday technical architecture. Drive the definition and building of interfaces using various Workday tools, and develop advanced, matrix, and composite reports with calculated fields. Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly desirable.

We require a Workday Technical Certified professional with 3–10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in integrations and 3 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations and AMS projects. Mandatory certifications include integration certification along with Studio or PECI or Extend. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or BTech is essential.

Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions and a strong command of the overall integration landscape are crucial. Familiarity with middleware and integration technologies, along with experience in Workday tenant management and deployment processes, is expected. Key competencies include stakeholder management, solution design, documentation, testing, client communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
