Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting), and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). You will leverage your expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to build robust solutions. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration and interface failures are crucial. The role also involves supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues, alongside collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring client-facing engagement and a deep understanding of Workday technical architecture.

The ideal candidate possesses mandatory integration certification along with certification in Studio, PICOF, PECI, or Extend. A minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience in the integration space, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects, is required. Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions and strong expertise in Workday integration implementation are essential. Experience working with Customer Central, interacting with client stakeholders, and a proven ability to define and build interfaces using various Workday tools are expected. Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports, calculated fields, and Studio integrations with Boomerang is highly preferred. A good understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, B.Tech, or M.Tech is required.
