Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Deputy Manager specializing in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing enterprise technology, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation and long-term growth. This position offers a dynamic environment within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions.

This role requires extensive travel to client locations across India, aligning with our hybrid work model that allows for customized approaches within each domain. Our base location for this position is Pan India, with a specific emphasis on opportunities in Delhi.

Your responsibilities will encompass full-cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementations, including expertise in S/4, Fiori, and GRC security leading practices. You will manage SAP GRC 12.0 configuration, support, and administration. The role involves designing, implementing, and testing automated and manual SAP security, including segregation of duty controls.

Key tasks include managing the GRC rule book, creating/modifying Firefighter configurations, and handling business role management activities. You will also be instrumental in SAP user provisioning, troubleshooting access and authority issues, and collaborating with Business Process Owners for role creations and user administration. Familiarity with SF integration and IAG hybrid setups is also valued.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a graduate degree in Science or Engineering and a proven track record in SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, and GRC security implementations. Essential experience includes successfully managing various modules within SAP Access Control and proficiency in configuring GRC SPRO. You should possess a deep understanding of the GRC rule book and segregation of duty principles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The capacity to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams, coupled with a detail-oriented approach focused on delivering high-quality work, is paramount for success in this role.
