This role is ideal for technically proficient individuals seeking to engage in solution building, enhancements, and comprehensive ownership of BI & Analytics solutions, moving beyond basic ticket support.

We are looking for a hands-on SAP BW on HANA and SAP BusinessObjects practitioner to manage application development, enhancements, and the operational aspects of our BI and Analytics landscape.

Develop and enhance SAP BW on HANA data models, transformations, and data flows. Build and refine BEx Queries, including complex calculations and reporting logic. Support the development and enhancement of SAP BusinessObjects reports and schedules. Actively participate in requirement analysis and solution design discussions. Independently implement functional and technical enhancements for assigned project scopes. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned issues, covering data, reporting, and process chains. Troubleshoot data discrepancies, process chain failures, and reporting issues, conducting root cause analysis for permanent fixes. Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for all changes and releases. Provide support for deployment activities and post-release validation. Maintain essential technical documentation and knowledge artifacts. Continuously enhance expertise in BW on HANA design, performance optimization, and analytics best practices.

Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA is required. Proven hands-on experience with BI Integrated Planning, BW objects, and data flows is essential. Proficiency in building and managing BEx Queries and reporting logic is mandatory. Working exposure to SAP BusinessObjects is necessary for this role. Strong analytical skills and a proactive ownership mindset are crucial for success. This position involves frequent travel to client locations.
