Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a skilled SAP BW on HANA and SAP BusinessObjects practitioner. This role is for individuals passionate about developing innovative BI & Analytics solutions, moving beyond basic ticket support to full ownership of the solution lifecycle. You will drive functional excellence and contribute to long-term growth through your technical expertise.

Develop and enhance robust SAP BW on HANA data models, transformations, and data flows. Build sophisticated BEx Queries, incorporating complex calculations, KPIs, and reporting logic. Support the creation and enhancement of SAP BusinessObjects reports and schedules. Analyze requirements, participate in solution design discussions, and independently implement functional and technical enhancements.

Take ownership of assigned issues from identification to resolution, spanning data, reporting, and process chains. Troubleshoot data discrepancies, process chain failures, and reporting challenges. Conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting fixes. Perform comprehensive unit, integration, and regression testing for all changes and releases. Assist with deployment and post-release validation, and maintain essential technical documentation.

We are seeking a technically proficient Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA. Proven experience with BI Integrated Planning, SAP BW objects, data flows, and BEx Queries is essential. Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects is also required. A strong analytical mindset and a commitment to ownership are key attributes for success in this role.
