Lead discovery workshops to define and refine order management processes and system integrations. Translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with future models. Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to address design impacts and dependencies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by clarifying test scenarios and expected outcomes. Ensure comprehensive traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior business analysts and support subject matter expert readiness.

Requires 9+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on transportation and logistics. Demonstrated experience in leading at least two full-cycle SAP TM implementations, or one SAP TM implementation alongside an SAP S/4HANA transformation project. Proven ability to lead design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP TM solutions. Experience in driving transportation digitization, managing global or regional projects, and supply chain integration is essential. Preference for candidates with experience in the Metals & Mining sector, bulk commodity, rail, road, port operations, multimodal logistics, and freight cost management. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required.
