Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Associate Director specializing in SAP IBP. You will be instrumental in implementing and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions to drive functional excellence and enable innovation within supply chain operations. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape and enhance critical planning processes for a leading organization.

This position is based in Mumbai and focuses on leveraging your expertise in SAP IBP to optimize demand, supply, and response planning. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective system configurations and drive long-term growth through technology enablement.

Implement and configure SAP IBP modules for Demand, Supply, and Response Planning. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into system configurations. Design and configure core SAP IBP functionalities including product segmentation, forecasting, and new product introductions. Develop and optimize supply planning algorithms, such as heuristic and optimizer-based planning. Configure allocation planning, fair share distribution, and constraint-based planning. Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and external data sources. Develop and maintain planning models, key figures, and analytics using SAP Fiori and Excel UI. Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support. Troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance for demand-supply balancing. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including demand planning, inventory, and procurement.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP-related engagements, with a strong focus on SAP IBP Demand and Supply & Response. Demonstrated understanding of demand planning processes and supply planning methodologies, including heuristic, optimizer, cost modeling, and allocation strategies. Proven experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP systems. Solid functional knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS) or SDI/RTI data integration. Educational background includes a graduate degree (Science or Engineering), such as B.Sc (I.T.), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA.
