Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Associate Director specializing in SAP IBP. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within supply chain planning.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring robust support for critical supply and response planning processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business needs into effective system designs.

You will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP IBP modules for Demand, Supply, and Response planning. This includes designing product segmentation, statistical forecasting, and new product introduction functionalities. Additionally, you will optimize supply planning algorithms, configure allocation planning, and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

Key duties involve developing and maintaining planning models using SAP Fiori and Excel UI, conducting thorough system testing, providing user training, and offering post-implementation support. Troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performance for effective demand-supply balancing are also core aspects of this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

This position requires 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP engagements, with a specific focus on SAP IBP Demand and Supply & Response. A strong understanding of demand and supply planning processes, including heuristic, optimizer, cost modeling, and allocation strategies, is crucial.

Candidates should have experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP systems, along with functional knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS) or SDI/RTI data integration. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
