Implement and configure SAP IBP modules for Demand, Supply, and Response to optimize supply and response planning processes. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and translate requirements into effective system configurations.

Design and configure advanced functionalities including product segmentation, outlier correction, statistical forecasting, new product introduction, and product realignment. Develop and optimize supply planning algorithms, utilizing both heuristic and optimizer-based approaches. Configure essential planning features such as allocation planning, fair share distribution, and constraint-based planning.

Integrate SAP IBP seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other external data sources. Develop and maintain robust planning models, key figures, and analytics using SAP Fiori and Excel UI. Conduct comprehensive system testing, deliver user training, and provide ongoing post-implementation support. Troubleshoot system issues, enhance performance for demand-supply balancing, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams like demand planning, inventory, and procurement.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in SAP-related projects, with a specific emphasis on IBP Demand and IBP for Supply & Response modules. A strong grasp of demand planning processes and supply planning methodologies is essential, including expertise in heuristic, optimizer, cost modeling, and allocation strategies.

Proven experience in integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS) or SDI/RTI for data integration is highly desirable. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc. I.T., B.Sc. Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required for this role.
