Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an Assistant Manager in SAP Advisory. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients, leveraging your deep SAP expertise. This role offers a dynamic environment where enterprise technology serves as the engine for growth and operational advancement.

Key responsibilities include providing deep SAP module configuration knowledge (MM, FI, SD, PP, PM), and working with SAP cloud applications and S/4 HANA integration. You will also conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and perform risk-based audits, including testing automated controls. A strong understanding of SAP security, authorization, and segregation of duties is essential. You will analyze data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and engage effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities also encompass report writing, creating compelling presentations, managing project deliverables, and analyzing complex business challenges.

We are seeking candidates with a CA, MBA, MCA, or B.Tech degree, complemented by 4-7 years of relevant techno-functional experience in SAP and/or consulting. Prior Big4 experience is a plus. Essential technical skills include SAP configuration knowledge, experience in SAP implementation and customization, risk assessment, SAP security and controls, and data analytics proficiency. Strong consulting and communication skills are vital, including client interaction, report writing, presentation skills, project management, and problem-solving. Business acumen and financial literacy are also important. Support for business development and sales activities, including proposal responses and solution approaches, is expected. SAP product certifications (ECC/HANA) are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms and analytics/automation tools is advantageous. This role requires frequent travel to client locations and operates on a hybrid work model.
