Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as an Assistant Manager, SAP Advisory. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients by leveraging your deep SAP expertise. This role offers a dynamic environment where technology meets business strategy, contributing to long-term growth and success.

We are seeking individuals with a strong technical and consulting background to provide insightful SAP solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and deliver impactful recommendations, ensuring their systems are optimized and secure. Your role will be crucial in assessing internal controls and managing project deliverables effectively.

Manage and execute SAP advisory projects, focusing on configurations within modules like MM, FI, SD, PP, and PM. Conduct risk assessments and audit internal controls, including automated controls and SAP security/authorization concepts. Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs, lead process discussions, and present effective solutions. Draft comprehensive reports summarizing review findings for client stakeholders and develop compelling presentations for client meetings.

Support project planning, budgeting, and pre-sales activities, including response generation for RfPs/RfIs. Analyze complex business challenges and contribute to client demo development. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality standards throughout the engagement.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required, along with 4-7 years of relevant techno-functional experience in SAP and/or consulting. Demonstrated expertise in SAP modules (MM, FI, SD, PP, PM) and cloud applications (Ariba, SF, Concur) is essential. Proficiency in risk assessment, internal controls, SAP security, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) is expected. Strong analytical skills using Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau are necessary.

Candidates should possess excellent client interaction, report writing, and presentation skills. Experience in project management and problem-solving complex business challenges is vital. A CA, MBA, or MCA qualification is preferred, as are SAP product certifications. Familiarity with analytics and automation tools is an advantage. Prior experience in a Big4 firm is preferred. This role involves frequent travel to client locations.
