We are seeking an experienced professional to guide our SAP ABAP development efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in designing, developing, testing, and supporting a wide range of SAP ABAP objects, directly contributing to enhanced business processes and system performance across various SAP modules.

As a SAP ABAP Team Lead, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV), interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms), and workflows. You will create technical specifications, develop custom programs, user exits, BAdIs, enhancement spots, and customer exits. A key part of your role involves designing and developing interfaces using modern technologies like IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Proxy, OData, and Web Services. You will also focus on performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs, alongside supporting SAP S/4HANA development activities, including CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP Fiori integration.

This position requires a strong foundation in SAP ABAP development, including expertise in ABAP Reports, ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and various enhancement techniques (User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs). Proficiency in Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary (DDIC), Module Pool Programming, and BAPI, RFC, and IDoc Development is essential. Experience with ALE/EDI Interfaces and hands-on development within SAP S/4HANA is a must. Familiarity with CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Gateway, AMDP, and SAP Fiori Integrations is highly desirable for this role.
