Join our Technology & Transformation practice as an experienced QA Test Analyst, contributing to a significant banking modernization program. This role is central to ensuring the quality of applications like EPPM, CBP, and CIM. You will be instrumental in executing test scenarios, supporting UAT, identifying and resolving defects, and meticulously tracking testing progress to meet defined quality standards and project milestones. Your expertise will directly impact the success of this critical transformation initiative.

Key responsibilities include executing comprehensive test cases across functional, integration, and system levels for EPPM, CBP, and CIM. You will develop, refine, and maintain essential test documentation, including scenarios and cases. Identifying, logging, and driving the resolution of defects in close partnership with development teams is crucial. You'll also participate in peer reviews of test artifacts, monitor testing progress, report status, and support test data preparation and defect triage. Collaboration with business users and stakeholders during UAT is a vital part of ensuring application quality and requirement traceability.

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Analyst with 6-10 years of dedicated experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Proven hands-on experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Defect Management is essential. A strong understanding of Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Test Reporting is required, alongside proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills are necessary. Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services environments is a strong requirement for this role.
