As a Senior Consultant in the Technology & Transformation Team, you will build and nurture strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining robust data models using standard notations like UML, designing for complex data structures across enterprise systems and cloud platforms, and ensuring adherence to data governance frameworks. You will leverage expert proficiency in data modeling tools to develop and deploy solutions, manage projects effectively, and handle senior stakeholder relationships.

You will also be involved in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using various tools and principles. This includes configuring robotic processes efficiently, understanding and facilitating change requirements, and solving day-to-day issues that arise during process execution. Maintaining proper documentation for solutions and coordinating with business stakeholders to understand and automate processes are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 9-12 years of experience, primarily in data modelling and data architecture, ideally within Private or Retail Banking. A deep understanding of financial products, processes, and the data lifecycle in these sectors is essential. Proven experience in data modelling for regulatory reporting (Risk, Finance) is required.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in relational, dimensional, and modern data modelling techniques, along with experience designing for complex data structures across various environments, including cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS). Proficiency with data modelling tools such as Power Designer, ER/Studio, or Erwin is a must. Strong project and senior stakeholder management skills are crucial, as is a solid understanding of database technologies, big data, and data integration patterns.

Preferred qualifications include a B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology. Strong experience in Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, and robust SQL knowledge are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are expected. Experience with data lakes and enterprise big data platforms is highly advantageous.
