Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated data solutions utilizing best-in-class tools and principles. Ensure solutions are efficient, maintainable, and clear. You will be responsible for understanding existing processes, managing evolving requirements through a structured change control framework, and resolving daily operational issues for data processes.

Furthermore, you will maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including test procedures and scenarios during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production phases. Collaborate closely with process owners and business stakeholders to grasp 'as-is' processes and design optimal automation and data flow architectures.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience, including significant tenure in data modeling and architecture within financial services, preferably in Private or Retail Banking. A deep understanding of financial products, data lifecycles, and regulatory reporting data modeling (Risk, Finance) is essential.

Proficiency in creating robust data models using UML and Object-Oriented Modeling is required. Expertise in relational, dimensional, and modern data modeling techniques for complex, multi-domain, hierarchical, and unstructured data across enterprise systems and cloud platforms is critical. Mastery of data modeling tools like PowerDesigner, ER/Studio, or Erwin is a must. Strong stakeholder management and an understanding of database and Big Data technologies are also key.
