As a Senior Consultant for Azure DevOps & Kafka, your primary responsibility is designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-grade DevOps and Kafka solutions for large-scale cloud transformation programs. You will define CI/CD standards, architect event-driven systems, and mentor engineering teams. Collaboration with client stakeholders is crucial to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable cloud deployments.

You will serve as a technical leader, guiding solution design and implementation excellence. This includes driving continuous improvement across various client engagements and ensuring high-quality delivery of complex projects.

We are seeking individuals with robust hands-on experience in designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including expertise in Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, and release management. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep is essential.

Strong expertise in Apache Kafka architecture is required, covering cluster design, topic strategy, replication, and performance tuning, along with experience implementing Kafka Producers, Consumers, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams. Familiarity with Schema Registry and event-driven architecture patterns is also important.

Experience deploying enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure, working with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), and implementing monitoring/observability solutions (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus) are key. Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security best practices, troubleshooting production incidents, and performing Root Cause Analysis is expected. Mentoring team members, conducting technical reviews, and excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
