Join our Technology & Transformation practice as an Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Manager in Bengaluru. You will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise data management initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Data Quality (IDQ), and ETL processes. This position requires a strong understanding of data governance and data integration best practices to transform disparate data sources into actionable insights.

Lead enterprise data management initiatives using Informatica MDM Hub and related tools. Oversee the end-to-end MDM lifecycle, from landing and staging to publishing master data. Design and implement data models for customer and product domains, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Configure Informatica Data Director (IDD) and manage batch processes, load procedures, and Hub Console configurations. Troubleshoot data load, match, and survivorship issues, and ensure robust data quality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards. Utilize SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and debugging complex issues. Leverage SIF APIs and basic REST APIs for seamless integration. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the data engineering and integration team.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years in Data Engineering/Integration/MDM, with 4-6 years of hands-on Informatica IDMC experience. You should possess strong skills in Informatica MDM Hub (Multidomain), including experience with Base Objects, Staging Tables, Landing Tables, Match & Merge (deterministic and probabilistic), and Hierarchy Manager. Proficiency in Informatica Data Director (IDD) configuration and batch jobs is essential.

Candidates must have strong SQL skills for data validation and debugging, along with experience in SIF APIs/basic REST APIs. Familiarity with IDMC components like CDI, CAI, CDQ, and MDM SaaS is beneficial. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data governance concepts, CI/CD, and Git is also highly valued. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
