Join our dynamic Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant/Manager, driving innovation in data management. You will leverage your expertise to help clients unlock the value within their data, transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making. This role is central to our mission of guiding companies through complex data landscapes and harnessing the power of next-generation analytics and technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will foster strong client relationships and consistently exceed expectations. Your contributions will be vital in shaping our clients' data strategies and ensuring they gain a competitive advantage through data-driven operations.

Drive data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards. Facilitate solutions for managing critical data elements, maintaining business glossaries, and linking technical/business metadata.

Design and implement frameworks for end-to-end data traceability, documenting lifecycles and complex dependencies. Conduct impact assessments for data changes and develop roadmaps from current to future states.

Collaborate with architects to map data portfolio locations and work with modelers on source-to-target mappings. Create comprehensive data catalogs to enhance data searchability and communicate downstream impacts of technical changes effectively.

We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including at least 6 years in data management roles. Hands-on expertise with Collibra or similar data management tools (IKC, ICC) is essential.

Proven ability in technical metadata cataloging and designing robust data lineage frameworks is required. Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and a strong understanding of conceptual and logical data models are necessary.

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and a background working with global, multicultural teams are highly valued. The ability to develop and prioritize data quality rules, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, will ensure success in this role.
