Lead the design, development, and end-to-end delivery of robust data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data platforms, ensuring high data quality and performance. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring data engineering teams, collaborating with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and driving operational best practices. We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer with 8-12 years of experience, specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with strong expertise in BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer. Advanced SQL skills, robust Python programming for data engineering and automation, and experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling are essential. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory. Familiarity with Data Lake/Lakehouse architectures, CI/CD, DataOps, and Agile methodologies is required.
