As an AWS Data Engineer, you will manage client relationships and oversee successful program delivery. You'll be the primary liaison between Deloitte and clients, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, budgets, and outcomes. Driving client satisfaction and business growth are key objectives. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable AWS data pipelines, developing ETL/ELT workflows using Glue, Lambda, EMR, and Step Functions, and working with data ingestion frameworks like Kinesis or Kafka. You will build and optimize data lakes on S3 and implement robust data quality checks and monitoring systems.

We are seeking experienced AWS Data Engineers with 8+ years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL for data transformation is essential, alongside experience with Redshift, Athena, and Glue Data Catalog. A strong understanding of Spark, distributed data processing, data modeling, and data lake principles is required. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
