This role is pivotal in driving large-scale banking transformation programs across Data, Cloud, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Asset Management. You will act as a strategic leader, collaborating with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps, oversee program execution, manage risks, and achieve successful business outcomes. A key focus will be on advancing enterprise-wide data modernization and cloud transformation within complex global banking environments.

Lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives, focusing on Data, Cloud, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Asset Management domains.

Partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to define strategic transformation roadmaps and ensure successful program delivery.

Govern program execution, proactively manage risks, and ensure the achievement of desired business outcomes.

Drive enterprise-wide data modernization and cloud transformation within complex global banking settings.

Manage large global delivery teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Transformation Leadership is essential.

Mandatory experience within the HSBC banking domain, with significant exposure to Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Data Management, or Asset Management.

Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Data Transformation, Data Modernization, or Cloud Migration programs.

Solid understanding of Banking Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Financial Reporting processes.

Expertise in program governance, budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and executive reporting.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Scrum, and enterprise program governance frameworks.

Strong grasp of Cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP and their application in large-scale data transformation.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills are required.

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent is preferred.
