This position is for an Associate Director within Data Strategy, Analytics & AI Innovation. You will be instrumental in developing and executing enterprise-wide Data Strategy, Analytics Strategy, and AI transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include establishing modern data platforms, enabling advanced analytics, driving AI/ML adoption, and building organizational capabilities to accelerate digital transformation across various business functions.

As a subject matter expert in Data Strategy, Analytics, AI, ML, and Generative AI, you will provide strategic and technical leadership to define and execute enterprise data and AI initiatives. You'll establish best practices, solution architectures, governance frameworks, and implementation standards, while advising leadership on data, analytics, and AI investments and roadmaps. Key duties involve defining and executing the enterprise Data & AI capability development roadmap, designing learning programs across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Governance, and Cloud Data Platforms. You will also partner closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions, support organizational adoption of data-driven decision-making, and serve as a liaison between business, IT, data, and AI teams.

Furthermore, you will define and maintain the enterprise Data & AI Strategy aligned with business objectives, develop multi-year roadmaps for data modernization and AI implementation, and establish governance frameworks covering data management, quality, security, privacy, Responsible AI, and MLOps. Driving the creation of enterprise data products and promoting a data-driven culture are also core aspects of this role. You will lead the architecture, implementation, and scaling of enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI platforms leveraging Microsoft Azure services, including ADF, Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, ADLS, AI Services, OpenAI Service, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Power BI, and Purview.

To excel in this role, you should possess a B.Tech or BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Experience with designing and implementing modern data platforms, enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics ecosystems is crucial. You should be adept at building scalable data pipelines, semantic models, feature stores, AI accelerators, and model management frameworks. Establishing enterprise-wide DataOps and MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, retraining, observability, governance, and security, is essential. Experience with metadata management, data lineage, data quality, master data management, and governance controls is expected. Enabling self-service analytics and driving platform optimization, scalability, performance, security, and cost management are also key requirements. Developing reference architectures and standards for Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, and Generative AI implementations will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, providing strategic oversight and guidance for Data, Analytics, and AI programs, reviewing solution designs, monitoring progress, and supporting executive reporting are vital.
