The Associate Director position within Data Strategy, Analytics & AI Innovation will spearhead the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies for data, analytics, and AI transformation. Key responsibilities include establishing modern data platforms, fostering advanced analytics capabilities, accelerating AI/ML adoption, and building organizational expertise to drive digital transformation across various business functions.

Act as a subject matter expert in Data Strategy, Analytics, AI, ML, and Generative AI, providing strategic and technical leadership. Establish best practices, solution architectures, and governance frameworks. Advise leadership on data and AI investments, platform strategy, and innovation roadmaps. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive enterprise capability development. Design and deliver structured learning programs in Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Governance, and Cloud Data Platforms. Assess skill gaps and recommend training, certifications, and hands-on programs.

Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for analytics and AI transformation. Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Facilitate the identification, prioritization, and implementation of Data, Analytics, and AI use cases. Support organizational adoption and change management for data-driven decision-making and AI-powered processes. Serve as a liaison between business, IT, data, and AI teams. Define and maintain the enterprise Data & AI Strategy, developing multi-year roadmaps for modernization and AI implementation. Establish governance frameworks for data management, quality, security, Responsible AI, and MLOps.

Lead the architecture, implementation, and scaling of enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI platforms utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Purview. Design and implement modern data platforms, enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics ecosystems. Build scalable and reusable data pipelines, semantic models, feature stores, AI accelerators, and model management frameworks. Establish enterprise-wide DataOps and MLOps practices covering deployment, monitoring, retraining, observability, governance, and security. Implement metadata management, data lineage, data quality, master data management, and governance controls. Enable self-service analytics and business intelligence capabilities. Drive platform optimization, scalability, performance, security, and cost management.

Develop reference architectures and standards for Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, and Generative AI implementations. Provide strategic oversight and guidance for Data, Analytics, and AI programs. Review solution designs and implementation approaches. Monitor progress, risks, and value realization across the Data & AI portfolio. Support executive reporting and stakeholder communication. A B.tech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. This role is based in Gurugram and involves travel to client locations.
