This position is based in Mumbai or Hyderabad, with a hybrid work model requiring 5 days in the office and alternate Saturday work.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java microservices utilizing Spring Boot. Create and integrate RESTful APIs for scalable enterprise applications. Build cloud-native, distributed systems adhering to microservices architecture. Implement secure, efficient, and resilient services, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing application performance. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to maintain code quality. Monitor application health using logging and monitoring tools.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud.

Proficiency in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and messaging solutions like Kafka is essential. Experience with containerization using Docker and deployment on Kubernetes/OpenShift is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) is required.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, along with Git and Maven, is beneficial. Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in architecture discussions and technical design reviews is expected. A commitment to security, scalability, and reliability best practices is crucial.
