As a Senior Consultant, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. This position requires 7-10 years of professional experience in performance engineering.

Lead comprehensive Performance Engineering initiatives for enterprise applications. Develop Performance Test Strategies, detailed Test Plans, and execution frameworks. Design and meticulously review Locust and JMeter setups. Facilitate NFR workshops and workload modeling sessions. Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, and Endurance testing. Conduct in-depth root cause analysis across all application layers, including middleware, database, and infrastructure. Mentor junior performance engineers and conduct thorough technical reviews. Collaborate closely with Architects, Development, DevOps, and SRE teams to enhance application scalability and reliability. Effectively present performance insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Champion Performance Engineering best practices and drive CI/CD adoption.

Demonstrate experience leading small to medium-sized Performance Engineering teams. Possess strong client-facing communication and effective stakeholder management abilities. Showcase experience with cloud-native applications, container platforms, and distributed systems. Exhibit the capability to drive technical discussions independently. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
