Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation: EAD: Engineering practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in ETL Testing. This role is pivotal in harnessing the value from vast data repositories. You will provide strategic guidance and implementation services to manage data from diverse sources, transforming it into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Our practice covers business intelligence, data management, performance management, and advanced analytics, including big data, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning technologies.

As an experienced ETL Testing and Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering solutions. You will drive test strategy, implement automation, conduct data validation, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various data transformation initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data solutions.

This position requires 5-9 years of experience in ETL Testing and quality assurance. Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred), DBT, and automated testing frameworks is essential. Experience with Power BI dashboard and DAX testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, IAM, and data governance awareness are also key. Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and cross-team collaboration is expected. Domain experience in financial services, SQL-based testing, and Python scripting, along with data warehouse testing, is advantageous. Candidates should also possess strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and an understanding of Public IBOR/ABOR or Aladdin data. A BE/B.Tech educational background is required.
