As an ETL Testing and Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering solutions. You will lead test strategy development, implement automation, perform rigorous data validation, and engage effectively with stakeholders across data transformation projects.

Your role will involve driving best practices in testing and quality assurance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data outputs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to Agile delivery methodologies will be key to success in this position.

We are seeking an experienced ETL Testing and Quality Assurance engineer with 5-9 years of experience. A strong command of SQL, particularly BigQuery, is essential, along with experience in DBT and automated testing frameworks.

Proficiency in report testing, including Power BI dashboards and DAX, is required. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including Git workflows, is also important. Awareness of IAM and data governance principles is beneficial. Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA, and Confluence is expected.

Additional desired qualifications include financial services domain experience, SQL-based testing, Python scripting, and data warehouse testing. A solid understanding of Public IBOR/ABOR or Aladdin data is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a prerequisite for this role.
