As a Senior Consultant specializing in ETL Testing, you will lead testing and quality assurance efforts for complex ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering solutions. You will be instrumental in defining test strategies, implementing automation, conducting thorough data validation, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various data transformation initiatives. Your work will ensure the accuracy and reliability of data flow throughout the organization.

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead testing and quality assurance engineer with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in ETL pipelines and data platforms.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing and developing Python-based automation frameworks for ETL validation. - Conducting end-to-end ETL testing and data completeness checks. - Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data transformation validation. - Executing Unix/Linux commands for ETL job monitoring and log analysis. - Testing data warehouse components, including staging, fact, and dimension tables. - Integrating automated validation into CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues. - Preparing comprehensive test evidence and automation reports.

Essential qualifications include: - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (complex joins, aggregations). - Expertise in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting. - Solid understanding of Oracle databases and relational data modeling. - Basic knowledge of Mainframe systems for flat file validation. - Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with test management and CI/CD tools.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
