This role is for an experienced professional seeking to lead cutting-edge Web and API automation initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in Selenium with Java and API automation, driving framework development and providing technical leadership. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality software delivery through strategic automation and close collaboration with development teams and clients.

Lead the design and enhancement of robust Web and API automation frameworks. Develop and review automation scripts using Selenium with Java, and spearhead API automation with Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI. Define and implement comprehensive automation strategies to boost quality and coverage. Enforce coding standards, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Manage automation planning, estimation, execution, and integration with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Analyze execution results, lead defect triage, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

We are seeking a Senior SDET or Automation Test Engineer with 6-10 years of dedicated Quality Engineering experience. A minimum of five years in automated testing practices, including tools like Selenium, Karate, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins, is essential. Experience with debugging tools like Chrome Developer Tools and Charles, along with at least one year of debugging experience in web or mobile applications, is required. Proven experience in implementing SDLC solutions and an independent, leadership approach to test automation are crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field is necessary.
