This role is integral to our Quality Engineering team, focusing on driving innovation and excellence in automation. You will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our automation capabilities, contributing significantly to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable Web and API automation frameworks.

Develop and review automation scripts using Selenium with Java, and spearhead API automation initiatives with Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI.

Define and champion automation strategies across projects to elevate quality and coverage.

Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Manage automation planning, estimation, execution, and delivery for multiple releases, while driving integration with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

Analyze execution results, lead defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and provide regular status updates, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Champion continuous improvements in automation frameworks, processes, and engineering practices, and support browser compatibility testing using SauceLabs and Perfecto.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SDET / Senior Automation Test Engineer with 6–10 years of dedicated Quality Engineering experience, specifically leading Web and API automation efforts.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Selenium with Java and API Automation, complemented by strong technical leadership, framework ownership, and mentoring capabilities.

A minimum of five years of experience in automated testing practices is required, utilizing tools such as QTest, Selenium, Karate Framework, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, DevTest, Bobcat, Mocha, Saucelabs, Perfecto, Azure Data Studio, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Jira.

Demonstrated ability to debug code and analytics tags in web or mobile applications using developer tools is essential, along with at least five years of experience in implementing solutions within the SDLC.

This role demands an independent and results-oriented leader in testing automation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field is required.
