Responsibilities include reviewing system readiness before commissioning, covering erection, documentation, manpower, tools, and safety. Develop detailed commissioning plans and schedules for plant systems like boilers, turbines, and generators. Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, construction, and OEM teams for a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.

Monitor pre-commissioning activities such as flushing and hydro testing. Ensure the availability of necessary consumables and spares. Track contractor and vendor performance against commissioning milestones. Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical issues and ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures. Prepare system-wise checklists, SOPs, and test reports. Coordinate load testing and performance guarantee tests. Develop look-ahead plans and progress reports, assisting with budget monitoring and cost control.

We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of experience in commissioning within the thermal power plant sector. A B.E./B.TECH degree from a reputable engineering college is required. While not mandatory, a postgraduate degree is considered an added advantage. Strong presentation skills and excellent command of the English language are essential. Early or immediate joiners are preferred.

The base location for this role is Bhubaneshwar, with frequent travel to client sites in Angul. This hybrid role requires flexibility and a willingness to engage in on-site project activities.
