This role focuses on developing robust reporting solutions using Workiva and/or Vermilion. You will be instrumental in creating reporting processes, integrating data, and designing dashboards to meet critical finance, risk, and regulatory reporting needs.

Develop and maintain dynamic reporting solutions with Workiva and/or Vermilion. Design, automate, and enhance financial and regulatory reporting workflows for efficiency. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements. Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and validation processes for accuracy. Create engaging Power BI dashboards and reports for business and executive audiences. Ensure the integrity of data through rigorous validation and reconciliation. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reporting improvements and provide production support.

Proven hands-on experience with Workiva and/or Vermilion Reporting Platform is essential. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying. Demonstrated experience in financial, regulatory, or management reporting. Skilled in developing Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports. Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and automation of reporting processes. Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering abilities.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains, familiarity with data warehousing and ETL, knowledge of Python or other data analytics tools, and exposure to Agile methodologies.
