Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Power BI Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager. This role is instrumental in helping clients leverage vast amounts of data to gain actionable insights and a competitive advantage.

Deloitte's expertise spans business intelligence, data management, performance management, and next-generation analytics, including big data and machine learning. You will be part of a global network providing strategic guidance and implementation services.

This position offers a hybrid work environment across multiple locations in India, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will act as the primary point of contact, aligning project goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

This role involves solving day-to-day issues in ongoing processes, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions, test procedures, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.

You will also coordinate with process owners and business stakeholders to understand existing processes, design automation workflows, and facilitate change requirements through a structured change control process.

We are seeking individuals proficient in configuring robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles. A strong understanding of existing processes and the ability to facilitate change requirements are essential.

Technical expertise required includes building Analysis Services reporting models, developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop. You should be skilled in connecting to data sources, importing and transforming data for Business Intelligence, and possess excellent analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals.

Proficiency in implementing row-level security, understanding application security layer models in Power BI, and making DAX queries is crucial. Expertise in advanced calculations on datasets, developing tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards, and adeptness in publishing and scheduling Power BI reports are expected. Familiarity with secondary tools like Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, PolyBase, and Visual Studio is also required. The ability to integrate Power BI reports into other applications via embedded analytics or API automation is a key requirement.
